Priscilla - Pretty in Pink Watercolour on watercolour paper Jez |
Never mind, I'm not trying to create masterpieces (as if I could!), just enjoying the challenge of creating a new painting for each day in a different medium and with a different approach.
In spite of the problem I like her, she somehow has a very 1930s look with the tilt of the hat over one eye, and I do like painting ladies wearing a hat.
Here are the other six 29 FACES I created this week:

Love the 1930s look, however my favourite is still the wonderful self portrait!! :)
ReplyDeleteall terrific faces, especially love the ladies with character faces. Happy PPF, Annette x

I agree with your art philosophy about having fun with it and exploring different mediums. Your lady in the hat painting is stunning, and after seeing your work for a while, had noticed your love of hats too. Blessings, my friend!
ReplyDeletePriscilla is very beautiful. I love her pink hat. Its interesting to see all this week faces together as it really highlights all the different mediums and styles you are trying out:)
ReplyDeleteYou have been very busy. My fave is the pink lady, but your self-portrait is a close second! Valerie
ReplyDeleteI am enjoying your experiments, and along the way, very good artwork. I like your latest, but also like your self portrait.
