APPLE

One of my favourite knick-knacks - a glass apple.  The glass of the apple is red, but using the background I chose to photograph it against shone a rainbow through it.  I love this photo.

ALWAYS READY FOR THE COFFEE SHOP

We are fortunate enough to live fairly near to a seaside town, where there are always lots of coffee shops to choose from, and we have our favourite places.  When we are out, we choose which cafe to visit depending on our mood for a particular ambience.

 THE GIRL IN THE WINDOW

I took this photograph some time ago, but it has always been one of my favourites - even if it isn't quite straight.  I was walking along a road on a holiday (in England) when I saw this window of a tumbledown cottage and snapped it.

 THE PHOTOGRAPHER'S STUDIO

A recent visit to a photographer's studio found me wandering round taking photos (or 'snaps' really) with my I-phone instead of concentrating on preparing to have my photo taken.  It was a treasure trove, with interesting little cameos here and there.  Here are a few:

A lovely, battered old sideboard used occasionally as a 'prop'.
