"MO, THE BLUE MOSAIC GIRL" Mixed Media painting - Jez |
Mo is feeling a little sad and blue
because she has not yet managed to meet the mosaic man of her dreams,
but she is sure he is out there somewhere.
Martha at Ayala Arts, who has set the February '29 Faces' challenge, has suggested that we should try something new for each face if we can. Well, at the start of last September's '29 Faces' I set myself a personal challenge to use a different method or medium or approach every day. I managed it, but I'm not sure that I can find another different 29 approaches for this month.
I have decided on a slightly different personal challenge this time. I'll provide some faces in different styles as I did last September ………. but I will take myself out of my comfort zone from time to time.
The montage below shows all the faces I created for last September's 29 Faces, and to see them all collected together like this made it worth while even though it was quite a challenge. Here's hoping that I feel just as pleased at the end of February.
