Apart from 'Happy New Year', the words are by Henry W Longfellow, though I'm sure he must have said Happy New Year a good few times in his life.

Love the happy snowflakes, Jez. And the Longfellow quote is perfect. Wishing you a healthy, happy, peaceful, artful 2014. It's good to round the corner into a new year, especially when the old year has had sadness and sickness. And yes, a bit of world peace (remembering Sandra Bullock in Miss Congeniality) is a good thing.
