"BART THE BALD" - BY JEZ Coloured Pencil in Sketchbook Background and frame added on Photoshop |
'BART THE BALD"
Bart has a head that's very bald,
Like an ostrich egg in size.
He wishes he had a smaller dome
Like all the other guys.
But Bart has one advantage
Which he's proved time and again,
There's plenty of room in his egg-shaped head
For a genius-sized, massive brain.
So although he has a baldy head
That's quite an enormous size,
He's not as daft as he might look
- For he's won a Nobel Prize!

ReplyDeleteI'm sure that he is very intelligent man. Olso Hercule Poirot had a big, bald head. Have a wonderful week, Jezz!

ReplyDeleteI like the poem too. He looks great. A little perturbed about something, but none the less he rocks.
ReplyDeleteJez...you are so creative. It's been awhile since I've been over to your page (we did the Messy Book club together) so it is good to see your work again! I absolutely love your face and the verse to wrote to accompany him. :)
ReplyDeleteBart the bald is fab and I love these clever poems you make up to go with your art work
ReplyDeleteJez, your Bart the Bald is fantastic and I love the poem about him. It just goes to show you that you can't judge a book by its cover, as my mama used to say. Love the colors you've added to the sketch.
ReplyDeleteJez, I always enjoy art that has a story. What a great poem, it made me giggle! Your Nobel Prize winner looks like quite a character! Good going! Thanks for sharing and making me smile! Renee
